  • Explain the indications and contraindications for the use of vapocoolant spray and stretch
  • Determine the correct client positioning and spray application patterns for addressing myofascial trigger points in each of over forty-five separate muscles
  • Identify the location of and referred pain patterns associated with various myofascial trigger points
  • Determine the appropriate spray and stretch protocols to employ in addressing various soft tissue derived pain complaints
  • Combine the two essential components of spray and stretch technique (proper client positioning and spray application) for maximum therapeutic efficacy
  • Assess the degree to which each vapocoolant application has achieved the desired result
